Secure Borders, Sensible Immigration

Mexico maintains strong borders and controls who comes into their country: surely if this third world country beset by criminal corruption can secure their border the US can as well!

Sensible immigration means that we welcome legal immigrants in a rational, manner, ensuring that they are not criminals, know our language and laws, and have gainful employment.

Reduction of Federal Activities To Reasonable Levels

The Federal Government has vastly increased its powers at the expense of individual citizens and the States as “special interests” have urged intervention here or there: the Federal Government must be limited to its actual constitutional duties, certain social assurance programs will continue under a COMPACT between states as these function, while not strictly constitutional, need to continue albeit with much more public oversight.

Reduce Government Spending By 30%

We can get government OUT of the business of welfare and other social programs, we can streamline the bureaucracy, we can investigate the spiraling cost of military equipment, we can end pork barrel spending, and we can terminate programs that are either unconstitutional or not effective.

Flat Tax Plan of Fair Tax

Eliminate all other taxes and fees, capital gains taxes, the double tax on corporate profits AND dividends earned by investors and property taxes by using either a sales tax (FAIR TAX) or FLAT TAX which is not regressive, which is simply, and which does not discourage entrepreneurialism. Additionally, application of the INOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY standard to the IRS.

Protect Personal Property

Pass a constitutional amendment which will outlaw ALL property tax or liens or liens for unsecured credit on personal property (less then 2 acres of land or homes of less than 2,500 square feet) as well as necessities (businesses which earn income, tools needed to do one’s job, or a vehicle needed to go to work)

Protect Personal Privacy

Outlaw the holding, using, selling, of personal information, credit reports, and etc. by any private or government entity or the holding of such information save for the purpose of law enforcement for suspects (with a court order for information held more than 90 days) or convicted criminals and outlaw the use of Social Security for ANY purpose other than Social Security issues.

Enhance and Protect Local Economic Self Reliance

Protect the rights of citizens to form Credit Unions, liberalize the ability of Credit Unions to issue business loans, and open the Federal reserve Discount Window to LOCAL Credit Unions, offer TAX CREDITS to individuals who invest in funds which issue loans to individuals to start new business where the borrower is worth AND earns less than $100,000 pr year. Ensure that 50% or more of all capital issued through the Discount Window is used for this program. Continue to allow and launch an educational outreach regarding “local currencies” whole providing regulatory oversight against fraud or abuse.

Enhance Small Business

Waive regulatory requirements, as much as is feasible, for small businesses and new businesses and/or provide Federal Grants to assist new businesses which are owned by either the employees in an ESOP or by one to 5 partners who on average are worth and earn less than $100,000 per year to enable them to comply with all regulations without making the “cost of entry” into the marketplace too prohibitively high which tends to decrease the power of the free market and encourage monopolies or semi-monopolies where a few large businesses dominate the market.

Fight A REAL WAR And Win It!

Identify the enemy, establish war aims for ending the war, render the enemy incapable of further action, pursue the enemy no matter WHERE they are hiding!

100% Energy Self Reliance Within 10 Years

We MUST drill for Oil in the US, nuclear power, massive research in renewable energy for individual homes all with the same national concentration as was applied to the Moon landing or World War Two.

Social Assurance Reform

Social security, Medicaid, Medicare, and Unemployment will be the only “Social Assurance” Functions which will continue to be managed by at the Federal level under a “National Compact” between the States and the Federal Government where oversight and transparency are key elements: it will be a “felony” for a legislator or elected official to propose or vote for a bill which would enable any money from these accounts to be used for any other use than that which is intended. After ten years evaluate these programs to consider a 50% privatization where account holders can choose how to invest their money.

Protect The Rights of Free Association and Free Speech

End IRS “regulation” of nonprofit entities, requirements for said entities to register with the IRS, or restrictions on the free speech or political activities of said entities. As income taxes ONLY apply to INCOME or sales taxes ONLY to sales for INDIVIDUALS (earnings or purchases) there shall be NO IRS FILING REQUIREMENTS for any entity save for individuals for income tax or for entities which collect sales tax: there will be NO deductions for giving to “charity”, and thus no reporting, nor will ANY entity, profit or not, be exempt from collecting sales tax if a FAIR TAX is utilized.
