Freedomists Versus Archonists- The Battle for Liberty!

Do you want over 40% of your life to be controlled by somebody else or would you prefer to be in total control? Do you value freedom of opportunity more than promises to give you a handout? Do prefer to be able to vote and decide important issues at the local level rather than being told by courts what social policy your schools and your community will follow? Do you think that a growing government with all power in Washington DC and an economy that is more and more dominated by a few corporations that are gaining more monopoly powers are bad for freedom and bad for prosperity?

If you believe that government should focus exclusively on promoting and protecting freedom of opportunity, giving all other powers to individuals, local communities, private free associations, and the states and if you believe in a free market that does not artificially hinder new competitors or burden people with high taxes and excessive regulations then you are a Freedomist: our founders were Freedomists, they believed that government was best that governed least, they believed that as you increase the level of freedom of opportunity and give people more direct control over their lives and their communities (especially for social and cultural issues) that competition and initiative would favor the best ideas and the best people.

Our founders believed that if freedom prevailed most people who were willing to work would do well for themselves and, in fact, within their society, which tragically excluded slaves, there were a few rich people, but most people were well off and poverty was almost unheard of.

 The Freedomist ideal is not totally fulfilled yet, but it has advanced over the years even though it has been challenged by another ideal that sounds all fine and well but that has never worked and will never work. The ideal of the French Revolution was social equality, which meant that the task of government was to even out the differences between rich and poor through intervention by the state, chiefly by taxes the rich and giving to the poor.

This ideal of equality is not about opportunity, it is about results, and while this may not mean that they want ALL people to have the SAME income it does mean they want to interject the government into the economic process to ensure that the differences between rich and poor are not that great and that they do believe that this is the chief purpose of government.

What happened as a result of the Freedomist government of our Founders? We moved towards more freedom and ended slavery and for over 230 years we have enjoyed a larger and larger degree of personal freedom: it is only the introduction of the ideal of social equality that has changed things, causing a tightening of freedoms and a greater difference between rich and poor.

What happens when the social equality ideal is applied? In France it resulted in “the terror” in which “traitors” or people who were viewed as not being progressive enough, were killed. The language used of the Jacobins against their opponents, for instance, which included criminalizing everything they said and did, sounds very much like the language used by “progressives” against anyone they deem as not being progressive enough.

The social equality ideal is based on the idea that you need a central authority, a few rulers or one ruler, that represents the People’s interests and uses the power of the state to equalize income and obtain social results. As long as the ruler or rulers engage in doing these things, which of course means the criminalization of backwards thinking people who try to impede the noble aims of “liberty, equality, fraternity”, then there is nothing they cannot do. For these people “liberty” or right are things like food, a job, housing, health care, and freedom from lack and whatever is necessary to ensure these rights is justified and whoever opposed these rights, by opposing the rulers who are trying to implement these rights is a traitor of the people.

The basis of this while ideology is that you need planners, rulers, in the center of everything who will make sure these things are implemented. These rulers gain their legitimacy from their compassion for the Peoeple, especially those who suffer lack, and as long as they do this they do not need to rely solely on the consent of the People, especially of those citizens who are well off or who lack compassion for the “rights” of the people, rights that are defined in material terms such as freedom from poverty.

For the French revolutionaries, especially the Jacobins, the “general will” of the People was not expressed in their votes or opinions, it was expressed in their needs and in the necessity of the hour: it did not matter that the People consented so much as that what was good for the People was fulfilled.

I call all those ideologies that have an ideal, or purpose of government and society, other than freedom and that, for this reason, rely on one or a few rulers “Archonist.” This is from the Greek word Archon which means ruler. The basic characteristic of all these non-Freedomist ideologies is that a centralized power, one or a few rulers, represents the general will of the People by doing whatever is necessary to achieve the ideal or purpose for their government and society.

There are various types of Archonists, some who believe that the ideal or purpose of government and society is addressing the social question and some who believe that it is to address moral issues and encourage citizens to be good people, according to their ideal of “good.” Often, these ideals are mixed, in fact the majority of mostly Islamic nation are Archonists of this sort: social and moral Archonists.

The religious right are not Archonists, they are not clamoring to get the government to impose a moral code but they are demanding that individuals, communities, private associations, and parents of students have the power to determine what is socially and culturally acceptable based on the beliefs and values of the people involved. It is a typical Jacobin myth to slander and criminalize people who are alarmed when their government tells them: we are going to teach your children a value system you despise and we are going to present you as backwards and intolerant and there is not one thing you can do about it.”

This is happening in Massachusetts on the basis that because the court has, on its own, overturned the will of the people and forced everyone to “accept” so called “gay marriage”: the issue for most people is not what two people want to call themselves, it is whether they have to associate with or recognize such relationships and whether this will be crammed down their children’s throats.

These Archonists are convinced that because they are doing what is necessary to achieve their ideal, which is both social and moral. Their version of morality is tolerance of all moral choices and non-judgementalism, which means you can’t say anyone is “wrong” or that your way is the ONLY way, as even Bill O’Reilly said when he claimed that no Christian should ever say that Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven.

Why do Archonists not hesitate to use the courts to overthrow the will of the people? The reason is simple: they believe that their ideal, social and moral, trumps even the misguided beliefs of the people and that by pursuing their ideals, by all necessary means, they are really serving the people.

The Archonists have many names and terms, and they shift them all the time: fascist, communist, socialist, liberal, progressive, and even “moderate.” They play language wars, they conceal their true agenda and ideology, and they use distractions such as showmanship and promoting each “group” (black, gay, Hispanic, etc.) benefits they will receive, and a criminalization of their opponents and their ideas in order to justify all those things they will do later to censure and even outlaw their opponents.

Why did the Archonists use the IRS 50 some years ago to deny churches their fundamental right to free speech in ALL issues, including political? They SAID it was for “separation of church and state” as if the State were the object of protection and not the churches (SOME early founders may have believed that the state, or the popular will, needed to guard against intervention by the church, or more specifically one dominant church, but this was not the general opinion, will, or concern of most people back then).

 Why do Archonists discriminate against anyone who does not believe as they do in academia, Hollywood, and the so-called “media?” Clearly they do because while non-Archonists, Freedomists of the conservative, independent, constitutionalist, and libertarian persuasion, represent over 60% of the population the Archonists represent over 90% of the members of these organizations and almost 100% of the top decision-makers. The reason for this discrimination is simple: for Archonists anyone who is not in line with their ideal is not a representative of the general will of the people, a general will that is expressed in the needs and the necessities of the hour not in the opinions expressed by a majority of people.

We have TWO sides here, not “left and right”, not “liberal and conservative.”

There are people who are culturally liberal and culturally conservative who still believe in the rights of individuals, families, communities, private associations, and the parents of students to decide these issues amongst themselves. There are people who are more cooperative oriented in terms of economic solutions and models and people who are more capitalistic but most of these people want to let individuals and the economic entities they form resolve these issues on their own.

On one side, there are people who believe that the sole purpose of the state is to protect the freedom of opportunity of individuals, leaving them total power to decide their own economic, social, and cultural issues individually, in their families, in their free associations, and in their communities.

On the other side, there are people who believe that the purpose of the state is to answer the social question, giving people a “freedom from want” and leveling incomes as well as promoting their moral agenda, without worrying too much about the actual opinions of the people.

We have Freedomists of all kinds of persuasions and we have Archonists of all kinds of persuasions, but the basic fight is not a left-right fight, it is a Freedomist versus Archonist fight.

If most Americans tend to be Freedomists then why is the Archonist agenda moving forward while the Freedomist agenda is not?

The real problem is that Freedomists are both divided and weak.

They are divided because they argue over issues that are best left to private individuals and association or local communities. They forget that all of them in a Freedomist nation would have ample opportunity to create and live in a social setting and community that reflects their beliefs and values by associating with people of a like mind.

They are weak because they play by a set of rules that are great when the differing sides are all Freedomist by nature, in other words when the opponent is a friend with whom you disagree and when you know they are not interested in forcing their beliefs on you.

The Archonists play by a different set of rules: they are happy to protest everything said against them as being “out of bounds” even as, at the same time, the Archonist Propaganda Machine (Archonist controlled courts-academia-front groups like Soros’ funded MoveOne.org-Hollywood-the news media) does the heavy lifting of vilifying, slandering, and criminalizing their opponents.

The courts and democratic prosecutors or legislators continuously “investigate” their opponents to cast doubt on their ethics or character without any proof or justification.

Academia presents opponents of Archonists in the worse possible light, allowing Tehran’s tyrant a free speech opportunity but doing nothing when opponents of Archonism are threatened with violence by brainwashed students and, of course, by discriminating against Freedomists.

Their front groups, all interconnected in a way that can give “plausible deniability” to the politicians they serve, all funded moistly by Billionaire George Soros, who now controls the Archonists like a puppet master, spread rumors, lies, disinformation, and vile hatred in order to malign Freedomists and in order to promote the kind of hatred amongst the Archonist “base” that will make criminalization of Freedomists quite acceptable.

Hollywood mixes entertainments with subtle and blatant attempts to popularize ideas and behavior that dumb down people, and distract them from the real issues. Hollywood, a generic term for the entertainment industry which is dominated by Archonists, interjects politics, funds Archonist causes, and launches vicious vitriol on all Freedomists while giving “air time” to Archonists but not to Freedomists.

The news media, more blatantly today, universally favors Archonists and smears Freedomists, covers up the real ethical and criminal violations of Archonists while sensationalizing every mistake, misstep, misspoken word of Freedomists into something scathingly unethical and criminal, regardless of the facts.

Freedomists are disunited because they forget that no Freedomist ants to impose their will on anyone and no Freedomists wants to empower governments beyond the local level, and even here most issues belong in the private sphere, to address any other issue save protecting the freedom of opportunity of sovereign individuals. It is OK for Freedomists to disagree, to say, “we will all work for one another’s freedom and we will limit our agenda, in terms of the kind of society we want to be part of, to mostly private institutions and to no more than very local communities.”

MOST Americans, left and right, liberal and conservative, would embrace such an agenda: I know because I have tested this scientifically with “the Four Core Ideals.” The American People are not for Archonism in any form, liberal or conservative, and they are not for denying private free associations and local communities the basic rights of self determination which individuals exercise by being part of groups and communities that reflect their beliefs and values.

The problem is that the Archonist Propaganda Machine (APM) controls the language and the terms of the debate by a blatant censorship of Freedomists, a blatant maligning of Freedomists, and by protecting, celebrating, and promoting Archonists and Archonist views.

You may ask, “why do liberals (Archonists) have such a willingness to compromise with Islamic regimes like Iran?” The bottom line is that Islamic Archonists are more like Secular-Social Archonists than any Freedomist: the Islamic Archonists typically believe that the purpose of society is to address the social question and to promote the Islamic religion and way of life.

The only difference between Secular Archonists in America (liberals, progressives, moderates) and Islamic Archonists in Iran is their cultural/moral agenda. Secular Archonists have a morality based on tolerance and non-judgementalism combined with the global warming myth and what we now call political correctness while the Islamic version replaces the secular morality with their interpretation of the Koran.

The Freedomists of all stripes have been waging political and legal wars to stem the tide of the Archonist advance while the strongest weapon in the Archonist army, the Archonist Propaganda Machine (APM) is relatively untouched.

I recently saw a proposed seminar for conservative activism about “how to get earned media.” A better subject would be, “how to reach the people directly even when the media ignores you or lies about you.”

Freedomists need to understand that Archonists follow the French model of revolution, not the American model. Americans want civil discourse, a fair debate, and whoever has the best ideas and the best people should win. Archonists want to stack the deck in their favor using their Archonist Propaganda Machine (APM) to rig elections, censure their opponents, malign their opponents, conceal their real agenda, and present them as something they are not. For most Americans ideas and the character of leaders matter so the Archonists seek to censure the ability of Freedomists to get their ideas out while maligning and criminalizing them and mischaracterizing their ideas (such as saying “Republicans want to take away school lunches from poor kids”).

The Archonists campaign on flash, style, emotion, and present themselves as heroes, saviours, messiahs, who are the only people who “care” about the people and “feel their pain”, while building a voting block of interest groups by making promises to each group. Archonists avoid any substantive debate on the issues.

Freedomists have been led by reactionaries or by people who painted themselves as Freedomists but who were not really totally with us. The APM makes a claim or tells a lie and the Freedomists typically respond to that and get all caught up in the argument, “NO, I do not beat my children!” The APM responds by saying, “Freedomist X Denies Allegations of Child Abuse.”

The APM so controls the debate that they have even changed the “color” of each side. Republicans are now “Red” and Democrats are now “Blue.” Why is this? First, red is associated with the left, particularly the more blatant socialists and communists and it would not do for the APM to properly represent the Democrats by their true color. Second, Red is a hostile color to Americans so making Republicans Red is a subtle mind trick to make them see “hostile.”

This is not a petty thing. I just saw a show in which they did an experiment with hot and cold cups. The people who were asked to hold a hot cup of coffee had a favorable reaction to a “job applicant” and the people who were asked to hold a cold cup of soda had an unfavorable reaction to the same job applicant. The ideas and the character of that applicant were discussed, but the subtle use of hot and cold sensations caused an unthinking, visceral reaction.

The Archonists have mastered the art of information warfare using associations of good and bad in symbolism, catch phrases, and words used along with their meanings, which are refined as needed, to manipulate people in one of three ways: to weaken the confidence of their opponents, to make people apathetic about issues, to generally make Freedomists “look” bad, and to positively turn people against Freedomists.

The red-blue scheme, which ALL the APM media now use, and which too many conservatives have stupidly bought into, such as “Red State” themed groups and websites, has made many Americans associate Conservatives and Freedomists of all persuasions with the color red, a hostile color.

In the fight between Freedomism and Archonism unity amongst Freedomists, recognizing that we all have one enemy and that we must set aside our differences until we have vanquished this foe, must be restored as it was in 1776. As we unite in mutual help and cooperation, it is not our nature to create “one big movement”, we must engage in a comity of action in the information war by targeting the APM.

We must determine to take the entire APM down, but to focus on the APM news media initially because here they are most vulnerable, here we can create our own media, what some call “Main Street Media”, as an alternative, using the internet and local newspapers that may be digital or print. The objective must be: destroy the APM media and create a Freedomist News Media.

We are creating The American Freedomist Network in order to provide an intelligence and information network that will have roots all over the nation in thousands of communities but which supports ALL Freedomist organizations, groups, and new media outlets in a cooperative but more informal way. Our hope is to create an infrastructure that other can “piggy back” off of to create their own specific information networks or use to get information they can use in their own websites, radio shows, newspapers, and the like.

We must understand who our enemy is, Archonists and Archonism in all its forms, the nature of the enemy, that they do not play fair and that being civil and respectable will not work, and that the APM news media is not only their most powerful weapon but their most vulnerable weapon.

While we must all wage political and legal battles with all we have, I propose that taking down the APM mews media and creating a viable Freedomist alternative that will ultimately dominate the “market” for news and information and bury the APM news media. Our effort is unique and comprehensive and we will strive to help other groups build their own information networks which can cooperate with one another.

The conclusion of this is that the two main opponents in the political scene are Freedomists and Archonists and that the main battle is an information war in which the Archonist Propaganda Machine’s news media is the enemy’s most power weapon while it is also our enemy’s most vulnerable weapon which we must focus in on destroying and replacing.

We are not waiting for a big group of donors or supporters to step in and help us or for all Freedomist (conservative, constitutionalist, libertarian, independent) organizations to suddenly realize that this is a fight we need to wage as information warfare and that we cannot hold back for fear that the other side, which is vile and behaves unfairly, might accuse us of being radical, uncivil, or nor respectable.

You do not lead by forming clubs or committees, you lead by doing and then organizing people who see you doing and come alongside to help. The free market rewards people and ideas that work, it does not ask for a committee to vote, to jump through all the hoops the establishment sets, and to wait for a consensus: we are doing, no matter what other decide, and we are willing and able to support any and all Freedomist organizations, media alternatives, and politicians or candidate.

You will see over the coming weeks the AFN going after key issues, exposing Archonists, changing the terms of the debate, promoting Freedomists and Freedomist groups, and building our infrastructure as we add more resources, more people, and as we gain paid subscribers and sponsors who believe in what we are doing and want to participate in some tangible way.

We believe in fighting the information war against the APM news media and while we may be small and even amongst Freedomists we may seem to be in the minority, we do not have to WAIT for anyone to step up and help us: we would never push anyone to move faster than they can nor ask them to wait for us before they act. We are ready when any Freedomist individual or group is ready to support ALL efforts to right the information war against the Archonists.
