We Should Hold A Freedom Congress

We will be having a special show tomorrow at 10:30 AM and while I will invite many guests to come, I have not scheduled with them. This who will be more like a meeting than a show. Should we have a NEW “Stamp Act Congress”, what should we do, can we take back America? Phone likes will be opened today!  Wednesday 10:30 AM!

Please read this brief history of the Stamp Act Congress (from Wikepedia):The Stamp Act Congress was a meeting in the building that would become Federal Hall in New York City in October of 1765 consisting of delegates from 9 of the 13 colonies that discussed and acted upon the recently passed Stamp Act. The colonies that did not send delegates were Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and New Hampshire.

In June 1765, a circular letter from the Massachusetts Assembly was sent to the house of representatives of the rest of the colonies to “consult together on the present circumstances of the colonies”. All of the delegates had served in the legislative bodies of their colonies and they were all loyal to King George III.

When word of the pending congress reached London, the Lords of Trade were so disturbed that they wrote to the king. The Lords of Trade reported to the king that “this is a matter of the utmost importance to the Kingdom and legislature of Great Britain… and proper only for the consideration of Parliament.” However, by the time Parliament was informed about its existence, the Stamp Act Congress was already in session.

The American Freedomist Network is requesting your help, input, and participation in holding a National Freedom Congress to consult together on the present circumstances of the United States of America and to adopt a Bill of Rights, Grievances, and Responses to the recent “Socialist Enabling Act of 2008” (the so called bailout) and to the trend away from a Constitutional Republic towards a corporate socialist national mobocracy in which the rights, powers, and authority of individuals, local communities, and private associations are violated, abridged, and reduced in favor of State and Federal governments and multi-national corporations so that what happens in Washington DC and Wall Street is imposing itself over the wishes and contrary to the rights and interests of the People.

We are not proposing to LEAD this Congress, but we are seeking to participate in a planning committee of committed individuals who represent their County or Community, their Blog or web radio show, or their church, political organization, or other type of organization.

We believe that now is the time to organize a response to the injustices and rights violation, and specifically to the Socialist Enabling Act of 2008 which is a clear and present danger to the free market in this nation and a wanton theft of the property and income of future generations who will have to pay for this rescue of Washington and Wall Street at the expense of Main Street!
