Paul Collier- AFN
News sources in America are not reporting the fact that ACORN, the group that is trying to help leftist candidates like Obama to win elections by the use of fraud, is lying when it claims that the allegations of fraud were brought to the attention of County officials, as an ongoing investigation by the AFN has uncovered.
Acorn spokesperson and financial services lobbyist (Fannie Mae, Bank of America, etc) Scott Levenson claims that Acorn brought the fraudulent registration forms to the attention of the authorities. One of the areas with a lot of alleged fraud is Cleveland, Ohio where a Cuyahoga county investigation has revealed thousands of fraudulent registrations all stemming from ACORN (See story here:). ACORN argues on the media, and is not being challenged, that they voluntarily broght these problems to the attention of County officials.
The AFN contacted a spokesperson from the Cuyahogoa Elections Board, who stated that the questionable registration forms were discovered by the board members, NOT by Acorn representatives. ACORN did NOT reveal anything, in fact ACORN argued on Bill O’Reilly last night (October 14, 2008) that they certify these registration forms and call these people. Indeed, all these forms had ACORN’s certifying stamp on them.
When asked how much money the investigation has cost the election board, the spokesperson could not say but we have a source in the GOP who revealed to us that many County Clerks are complaining of excessive costs which are running their offices into the red. When asked whether they was enough money and resources left to fairly conduct an election in 3 weeks, the spokesperson said “that’s subjective”, having first offered up a quick response that initially indicated there would be no problems on election day.
