Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis

Judge Surick ruled against Berg’s constitutional challenge to Obama’s eligibility for Office. See Berg’s [1] press release.

Surick felt Berg had no standing as a voter to challenge the fitness of a presidential candidate.

“You’d have thought this ruling could have been made months ago,” says [2] Jeff Schreiber over on America’s Right.

Berg’s trying to fast-track his appeal, but his long shot just got a lot longer. Some commentators opine he will lose the appeal too.

It seems that it’s up to the individual states to demand proper proof of birth.
