This 5-day campaign will not be the end of these efforts, but during these last days of the election the real, core issues of healthcare, as opposed to “sick care” need to be addressed and exposed. Cunningham likes to ask, “when was the last time you went into your doctor’s office and were told exactly how much they were going to charge for the visit?” These common sense, insightful questions mark her approach apart from all other approaches and make her a unique voice that is WELL WORTH paying attention to.

For listeners who may be expecting to hear a “liberal” or “conservative” point of view, Cunningham is a refreshing novelty: one can detect in her ideas the spirit of 1776 perhaps, but not any partisan leanings and while partisans who wish to USE “health care” as an issue may be disappointed in this non-partisan approach individuals who struggle with these issues will find a voice that sounds suspiciously like their own voice.
