65% citizens of G20 favor global economic reform. Just what kind of reform that is, remains to be seen
“In G20 countries, 65% support major changes to the global economic system, and 62% support domestic reforms, compared with 68% who
support domestic reforms in the
sample as a whole. “

Take that in folks. The American market, the western market, is now a second-tier economy, along with the

No US aid until Pakistan takes on
militants
View Tweet
From the AP- Senator Carl Levin (D),
chairman of the Senate Armed Service
Committee, has stated that no aid
from the US to Pakistan will be
given until Pakistan proves it’s
fighting the militants. This is an
interesting development that may
challenge the tenuous alliances
between some elements of the left
and islamofascism.

These last two tweets show the chaos and breakdown on both sides of a volatile situation, the
India-Pakistan struggle for Kashmir.
Further evidence of the worldwide
slide towards disunion.
These headlines reflect the continuing duality of worldwide economic collapse, the simultaneous pushes
towards and apart, a lack of a
playbook, a lack of defined rules, a
situation of unprecedented change
held together only by the daily
routines we maintain that keep the
ghosts of this dead civilization
alive.

Giving Obama
and Pelosi more power is the theme of the day, with the ongoing senate
debate over “reconciliation” (backdoor way to give Pelosi power over the
House AND the Senate) and the G20 set to build a global agenda. New polling
will only fuel this sense of power the Obamarx seems to feel:

G20Tweets: big oil wins in cheap oil world- leveraging power
View Tweet
The crumbling economies of the world are giving
powerful oil companies a new advantage at the bargaining table with these now
impoverished nations. Only they have the capital on hand to invest in new wells,
etc. American oil companies are amongst the best positioned to take advantage of
this derth of capital amongst former adversaries such as Venezuela. Big oil has
found a reason to like cheap oil.

The Bailout Strategy of nations such as Britain and America are starting to
yield results, just not
all the right kinds.

London Banks fail to use the money given to them by the government.
While Small Businesses get declined for credit, London Banks continue to take
government bailout cash.
China has been bailing out companies, but not to the extent of the US and
England. But, the recent
dramatic profit losses of one of its major companies may trigger more bailout
response.
Major Chinese Industry loses billions. When a raw material provider
such as Chalco (aluminum provider)
shows such losses, the underpinnings of that economy, production, cannot be
healthy.
The powers that be, the folks who make their living understanding economies,
don't seem to be getting
behind the Obama method of forcing green technology on America with Stimulus
Cash and new tax schemes.
Warren Buffet pans the Obama cap and trade scheme, cites overwhelming
economic cost.
Technology offers great opportunities for new growth, but all new growth
comes at the expense of others.

Newspapers see loss of advertising revenues, subscriptions…..has the era of
paper ended?
Finally, the government's role is debated. When Obama's auto team
forced out Rick Wagoner of GM, some are asking
if this is the role government should be making, forcing CEOs (even
those that might deserve it) out. It sets the precedent
for future force-outs of CEOs who might not be as obviously removable as
Wagoner.
The President of the United States forces a CEO out. Wagoner's
departure sends a chilling message
to the other CEOs, play nice or get lost. Is this the proper role of
government?
