Not sure how long along this development is…but it serves as an example of how regular, innovative americans, with little money or resources, are already well on the way to developing sovereignty-building technologies…like this possibility—doesn’t use turbines to harness the wind’s power, but rather an aeiro elastics flutter method..ok..I understand that as well as you do…but the proof is in what it powers when placed in front of a simple fan
