Congressman Mike Pence, one of the few politicians we recognize as a fellow Freedomist, has introduced legislation that challenges the democrats’ notion of the freedom of choice. ”After nearly a decade of an often tense and estranged relationship with the United Nations, Washington appears to be taking a much more conciliatory and multilateral approach to the world body.”
”U.S. President Barack Obama formally restored funding for the U.N. Population Fund (UNFPA) Wednesday by signing a major spending bill, prompting U.N. officials to again welcome the policy shift on women’s health-related rights.”
Obama Gives the U.N what it wants
Here is the mission statement of the UNFPA:
“UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is an international development agency that promotes the right of every woman, man and child to enjoy a life of health and equal opportunity. UNFPA supports countries in using population data for policies and programmes to reduce poverty and to ensure that every pregnancy is wanted, every birth is safe, every young person is free of HIV/AIDS, and every girl and woman is treated with dignity and respect.”

Lest you have any doubt as to who she is, here is the column she wrote…..for the Huffington Post. Note her lauding Obama for supporting a “woman’s right to choose worldwide”. Her own words will show you that her primary agenda is to fight for the slaughter of the unborn.

It appears that Obaid was an active women’s rights activist, but one who, in the end, has received Saudi government endorsement. Since her appointment to this post in 2001, Obaid has not pushed the Saudi government on its violations on women’s rights, merely nudged it gently, the way American Corporatists gently nudge China on basic human violations of our innate rights.

This renewed funding of worldwide abortions will only serve to further erode American confidence and trust in their government, as well as spread hatred for American blood dollars from the indigoenous populations that support abortions even less than Americans do. It will also further undermine confidence in American leadership, as well as power, as nations see the U.S. bowing before the U.N.

This closer relationship with the UN, as being demonstrated by Obama, is especially concerning given the direct ties between so-called Agenda 21 and the sustainable development phraseology Obaid’s group has adapted and is a strong champion of promoting.

In Iran, an upcoming election is the nation’s final referendum on the nuclear question. Do they go past the point of no return, as the following linked article discusses, or do they pull themselves back from the brink of conflict? My bet is that America’s real or imagined diminished importance in the world will push the Iranians towards conflict, with a belief that the U.S just doesn’t have the will and/or resources to stop them.
