An American List of Grievances

An American Freedomist
Our Grievances
The List of the key violations of our right
to American Freedom
as defined by the Constitution,
but born by very laws of God and nature.

These are the most prescient violations of our constitutional rights as defined by the bill of rights of the contract which has governed our relationship with those who would represent our interests. A failure by the complete political system, at local, state, and federal levels, to protect the people from fundamental violations of freedom by their own representatives can only lead to one conclusion, our contract has been violated by the representatives.

Failure to redress these violations, and cease all further acts of sedition against the Constitution of the United States can only be interpreted as an abandonment of that agreed-upon contract. At such time, it becomes the Constitutional duty of every law-abiding American to cease to recognize the authority of any governing body that would continue to violate the Constitution

This list of grievances should be signed by any individual who wishes to remind their electors of their Constitutional duties, that failure to uphold the Constitution is an impeachable offense, to be administered by whatever governing authority is not itself in violation of the Constitution, as is our Constitutional Right.

Here are the grievances:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The fairness doctrine, the intimidation of the media by politicos (take the recent NBC apology for asking hard questions of Obama), the banning of Christian expression in most public squares, current IRS laws banning political speech from pulpits.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Our Supreme Court recently upheld this decision by only a 5 to 4 majority. Contemplate 4 members of the Supreme Court willing to strip us of this fundamental right to freedom, the power to resist tyranny. Even now, Illinios moves to tax gun ownership out of existence.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Kelo v New London stripped us of our property rights. When states have to pass laws to protect their citizens’ rights from being violated by their own Federal Representatives, the Supreme Court might want to revisit this fundamental right to freedom, for LAND is your home, your kingdom, your sovereign embassy.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
The right to run car dealerships is NOT in the Constitution. The right to subvert the laws of the land to an international body beholden to no person (that’s called taxation without representation) cut to the core of the reason the first Revolution was fought.

Amendment XIV

Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same [the Constitution], or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Our Congress has, for decades, voted to perpetuate a system that aids and abets our enemies. We contract Chinese slave labor owners to build our products cheaply. We borrow money from the Chinese to BUY their slave labor. But when we pay 25 cents an hour, upfront, the fees, the interest on that loan turn into $3 an hour, but we’re selling our products based on 25 cents an hour. When the traitors on Wall Street and Congress, and the past 4 Presidents, realized the math was wrong, they invented things like hedge funds, and subprime loands to hide the real losses. It’s as if the Chinese had an agent running the White House. This is Treason if ever there was one, handing money to our enemies at the expense of also handing over our industrial infrastructure.

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

See above. The debt accrued by the United States was done so in the name of international corporate sedition. What’s good for Walmart, what’s good for Smith Barney, was horrible for America, and everyone knew it, yet the Treasury unilterally borrows billions from governments that seek to destroy our fundamental way of life.

These are but a few examples of the multiple violations which have already occurred, are occuring now, or legislation and edicts are preparing for further violations.

If you wish to add your list of grievances, based on a specific article or amendment, please post it in the comments attached to this article.
