In a stunning move of abdication of authority, the Supreme Court rejected an appeal from Indiana pension funds and consumer advocates to delay the Obama administration’s efforts to transfer wealth from bondholders to the unions, clearing the way for the sale and setting a precedent for General Motors in its own bankruptcy proceedings. By denying “cert”, the Court is saying that the government is not bound by ANY of the provisions of the Constitution or of the law that are designed to prevent the taking of property without due process and that are designed to give all citizens, rich and poor and in between, equal protection under the law. Now that the Supreme Court has decided to no longer honor basic Consitutional contract law, Americans have no choice but to openly revoly against the fascist government of Obamarx, inc.

We call on all Americans to abandon any government system.  If you work for the government,  quit.  You are working for a foreign power, the Obamarx.  We have no protection from Congress.  We have no protection from the Supreme Court.  We have no rule of law in this nation anymore.

We call on ALL Americans to gather at Washington, DC on July 4th, and DECLARE your independence from the Obamarx machine.  Let that fascist know that we are NOT a part of Obamarx nation.  Let the fascist know that our work, our producticity will not raise one red cent for this Soviet state.

America has died.  June  9, 2009, Ruth Bader Ginsburg ingored her fundamental duties as Supreme Court Justice for the sake of her inteloping master, the Obamarx.  We have no reason to honor our contracts anymore.  Thanks to this non-action by the America-killer, Ginsburg the self-hating Jew.
