BOSTON — Technest Holdings, Inc. www.technestholdings.com (OTC BB:TCNH.OB), a defense and homeland security company transforming advanced laboratory technology into real-world products, announced today that retired Major General David R. Gust has agreed to join the Technest Holdings Inc. Board

< ![endif]–> [3] < ![endif]–>

of Directors as an Independent Director. His appointment as an Independent Director is to begin on March 15, 2006.

Mr. Gust retired the US Army in 2000 after completing a very distinguished career of 34 years of service. At retirement he was the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Research, Development and Acquisition, Army Materiel Command. At the time he was responsible for fiscal planning and program management oversight of $6 billion worth of research, development and acquisition programs. Before and during his tenure with the US Army Major General (Ret) Gust received degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver, Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a degree in National Security and Strategy from the US Naval War College. Climate-Gate is now being countered by a letter from a group of retired generals decrying the sure chaos to come from global warming.  This tactic of using retired generals to indoctrinate the public was exploited successfully by George Bush 2 to push perpetual war on America (thus ensuring lucrative defense contracts for decades to come). Here is how Bush used his generals, all of whom have ties to defense contractors that made millions off of the dead American boys that we still offer as sacrifice for these corrupt generals and their gated community handlers:[4] http://www.historycommons.org/context.jsp?item=a040809f22somaliaWhite House and Pentagon officials decide that using retired military officers as “independent military analysts” in the national media can help change hearts and minds (see [5] April 20, 2008). Assistant secretary of defense for public affairs Victoria “Torie” Clarke, a former public relations executive, intends to achieve what she calls “information dominance.”Clarke decides to make the military analysts the main focus of the public relations push to build a case for invading Iraq. They, not journalists, will “be our primary vehicle to get information out,” Meyer recalls. The military analysts are not handled by the Pentagon’s regular press office, but are lavished with attention and “perks” in a separate office run by another aide to Clarke, Brent Krueger. According to Krueger, the military analysts will, in effect, be “writing the op-ed” for the war. Here are their ties to the contractors that were salivating at the prospect of perpetual war:Representing the Defense Industry - Many of the analysts have close ties with defense contractors and/or lobbying firms involved in helping contractors win military contracts from the Pentagon: < ![endif]–>Retired Army general James Marks, who begins working as an analyst for CNN in 2004 (until his firing three years later—see [6] July 2007) is a senior executive with McNeil Technologies, and helps that firm land military and intelligence contracts from the government. < ![endif]–>Thomas McInerney, a retired Air Force general and Fox News analyst, sits on the boards of several military contractors. < ![endif]–>CBS military analyst Jeffrey McCausland is a lobbyist for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, a major lobbying firm where he is director of a national security team that represents several military contractors. His team proclaims on the firm’s Web site, “We offer clients access to key decision makers.” < ![endif]–>Shortly after signing with CBS, retired Air Force general Joseph Ralston became vice chairman of the Cohen Group, a consulting firm headed by former Defense Secretary William Cohen (also an analyst for CNN). The Cohen Group says of itself on its Web site, “The Cohen Group knows that getting to ‘yes’ in the aerospace and defense market—whether in the United States or abroad—requires that companies have a thorough, up-to-date understanding of the thinking of government decision makers.”Recently, Obama’s move to add more troops to Afghanistan have also been supported by these same defense contractor whore, the retired Generals (hint: the minute a retired general begins to speak, be sure you know where your wallet and your kids are, because these killers will take them both and convert them to contract profits):[7] http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2009/12/11-7Military strategy is a frequent topic on TV in the wake of President Obama’s announcement that he will send more troops to Afghanistan now — and start bringing them out by mid-2011. But few television viewers have any idea that some of what they’re hearing originates from men who are literally profiting from the war.One of these men in particular — NBC News military analyst and retired Gen. Barry McCaffrey — has appeared on MSNBC at least 10 times in the past month to criticize Obama’s proposed troop-withdrawal deadline, to lavish praise upon Army Gen. David H. Petraeus, the head of U.S. Central Command, and to underscore the importance of training Afghan security forces. But neither McCaffrey nor the MSNBC anchors ever mentioned the fact that McCaffrey sits on the board of directors of [8] DynCorp International, a company with a lucrative government contract to train the Afghan National Security Forces. Nor did they mention that McCaffrey recently completed a report about Afghanistan that was commissioned by Petraeus and funded by the Pentagon.[9] According to Forbes magazine, this 3- to 10-year effort in Afghanistan will generate about 53% of DynCorp’s $3.1 billion in annual revenue, a fact that McCaffrey failed to mention. This takes us back to climate change, and the recent attempt by these killers of American youth to whitewash the climate-gate debate by giving legitimacy to the climate hysteria, solely based on the bars on their helmets and not the soundness of their reasoning.  At least two of the retired generals on this list of 11 are also connected to Dyncorp.[10] http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2003715539_warmingsecurity21.htmlUsing the military’s risk-assessment practices, 11 retired generals and admirals issued a recent report saying that climate change is a “threat multiplier” that makes instability worse in Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and could spark a greater refugee flow into Europe.Their warnings are having an impact, from Congress to intelligence agencies and the Pentagon. One of the retired generals, former Army Chief of Staff Gordon Sullivan, said “it’s not a hard sell” because the Defense Department already is assessing instability around the world.“The impacts of climate change will be huge — deserts move north, coastal areas threatened, the dislocation of people,” said retired Adm. T. Joseph Lopez, who commanded peacekeeping forces in Bosnia. “I’m a student of instability, and instability is the enemy. It helps religious extremists and terrorists.” Some House Republicans warned that focusing on global warming could distract agencies from the threat of terrorism, or suggested it was a marketing ploy designed to help military and intelligence officials defend bigger budgets.[11] http://securityandclimate.cna.org/Let’s look at some of the men who signed this treasonous document. These are the 11 generals that issued this report:

Gordon R. Sullivan, General (Retired) U.S. Army

General Sullivan is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Association of the United

States Army, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Since assuming the presidency in 1998,

General Sullivan has overseen the transformation of the Association into a dynamic 100,000+

individual and 500+ sustaining member organization that represents Soldiers, families, and the defense industry (which stands to make billions from the so-called war on climate change)

Sits on the board of the nuclear energy group, a pro-cap and trade group that stands to make billions from the war on climate change:

This gentleman is riddled with connections to groups that stand to make millions from the war on climate change.

THE SENATE SHOULD APPROVEU.S. ACCESSION TO THE LAW OF THE SEA CONVENTIONDear Senator Reid and Senator McConnell:We, the undersigned, urge the Senate to expeditiously provide its advice and consent for United States accession to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. We agree with President Bushs statement of May 15, 2007, in which he asserted that accession to the Convention is essential to protect national security interests, secure sovereign rights over extensive marine areas, and promote U.S. interests in the environmental health of the oceans. We strongly urge the Senate to approve the Convention before the adjournment of this session of Congress. The Convention has been thoroughly reviewed in numerous Senate hearings and public forums. It has overwhelming bipartisan support from a broad and diverse range of interests that have carefully considered the issues from a variety of perspectives. It is clear that accession will protect and enhance our countrys sovereign military, economic, and environmental interests. [19] http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/co2conference/speakers.htmlVADM Paul GaffneyPaul G. Gaffney II became the seventh President of Monmouth University in July 2003. President Gaffney, a retired Navy Vice Admiral, is a respected academic leader and proponent. He was president of the National Defense University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to assuming those duties, he was the Chief of Naval Research with responsibility for science and technology investment; a substantial part of which supported basic research in American universities. He was appointed by President George W. Bush to the U.S. Ocean Policy Commission and served during its full tenure 2001-2004. His distinguished naval career spanned over three decades including duty at sea, overseas and ashore in executive and command positions. He served in Japan, Vietnam, Spain, and Indonesia, and traveled extensively in official capacities. While a military officer, his career focused on oceanography, research administration and education.

This far left subversive has quite a connection to the green-left movement.  His connections show how the far left has already infiltrated many defense contract firms.  Bill Clinton’s firing of top generals in the military helped pave the way for this wave of promotions of leftists to General to give them the credentials they need to infiltrate the defense contractor industry.

GENERAL PAUL J. KERN (U.S. ARMY RETIRED) TO JOIN AM GENERAL AS

President and Chief Operating Officer; to Succeed James Armour as CEO in 2009

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (July 23)—James A. Armour, AM General chairman, president and chief executive officer, announced today that he will step down as president, effective August 1, 2008 and retired U.S. Army General Paul J. Kern will join AM General as president and chief operating officer.

General Kern has a very distinguished record of service to our nation, including two tours of duty in Vietnam and service with the 24th Infantry Division during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.• Commanding General, Army Materiel Command• Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology• Commander, 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized)• Senior Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense and Deputy Secretary of Defense

At the conclusion of his career General Kern led the investigation into Abu Ghraib and continues to work with the Center for Victims of Torture.

After retirement in January 2005, Kern joined the Board of Directors of [21] EDO Corporation[22] [3] and [23] iRobot Corporation[24] [4], and is a member of the External Advisory Board of the University of Michigan Department of Mechanical Engineering, and a Senior Counselor of [25] The Cohen Group.[26] [2]

Here are his connections to this far left group:

This is a letter to congress pleading to ban torture.  The credentials of the generals never include their direct ties to the defense industry that now sees green in the war on climate change, green for their personal wallets at the expense of millions, and the sacrifice of freedom to perpetuate their lavish, isolated lifestyles in their gated communities.

Here he shows up with the Cohen group:

Paul J. KernSenior Counselor[28] pkern@cohengroup.net

Commanding General, Army Materiel Command (2001-2004)Senior Advisor for Army Research, Development, and Acquisition (1997-2001)Commander, 4th Infantry Division (1996-1997)

General Paul Kern joined The Cohen Group as a Senior Counselor in January, 2005. In addition, he holds the Class of 1950 Chair for Advanced Technologies at West Point, is an Advisor to Battelle Memorial Institute and serves on the Board of Directors of iRobot Corporation, CoVant Technologies LLC and Agent Science Technologies, Inc.

Our generals are using American tax dollars to fund their training, to build up their resumes, then taking that knowledge the American people paid to give them, and using it to undermine our American freedoms by advocating solely for the propagation of defense dollars for the companies they ‘consult’ with (consulting simply means the power of the General, through his personal governmental connections, to win contracts for the defense contractor).

They are complicit in the fascist green movement because defense contractors see how their services can be utilized to impose martial law in the name of climate change protections.

Here is more on the Cohen group:

About Us  “A truly successful America will not only be strong domestically, invest in the best defense and keep allies and make new friends, but will be a nation which successfully competes in the global marketplace. Maintaining our competitiveness in international markets is a broad challenge; it includes improving education, committing to a domestic society of innovation, compassion and success and supporting a business community willing and able to meet the challenges of a globalized world. I formed The Cohen Group, and have chosen the magnificent TCG team, to provide enterprises large and small the help they need to compete and succeed in the global market place.”

This is the same Willam H Cohen who served as Defense Secretary under Clinton, another example of how tax-payer funded leaders utilize that knowledge to lobby against the interests of America in the name of the almighty defense dollar.  This is why America is not interested in actually ending ANY war.  Perpetual war is sweet manna to these corrupt players.

By the way, this lovely fellow, Paul Kern, also served as an assistant to…..former Defense Secretary William Cohen.

These men are not the exception, but rather the norm for our military generals.  Many of them are tied to wealthy families that sponsor them and maneuver to get them promoted by political operatives like Bill Clinton to positions of power and influence, the sacred Generalship, which is every bit the cash cow that being a retired Senator or Representative is in America today.

[31] http://www.cna.org/about/leadership/board/lopez.aspx

With the establishment of a true global marketplace, international affairs has become a critical component of strategy and planning for government officials, policy makers, and business leaders.

CNA has a long history of working around the globe and providing clients with the insights, perspectives, and understanding they need to meet the challenges of operating internationally.

CAN is nothing but a conduit to provide non-american interests with the best knowledge, tactics, science of the American military.  What began as a thinktank group to help military operations (in WWII) has become a legal supplier of American Operations methods, following the dollar over national security.

Every single signee of this letter are connected to CAN’s military advisory board.  This fact was not included in the letter, though the can website shows it openly:

[32] http://securityandclimate.cna.org/mab/

Here are 4 more signees.  Follow the links and you can find some of their contractor, leftist connections as well:

Perhaps the most weighty of all the signees is General Anthony Zinni, with direct ties to progressivism.

[38] http://www.economist.com/blogs/democracyinamerica/2009/02/more_on_anthony_zinni

Mr Zinni had recently worked for Dyncorps, a large defense contractor that has many dealings in Iraq.

[39] http://schema-root.org/region/americas/north_america/usa/government/branches/executive/departments/defense/personnel/generals/anthony_zinni/

[40] General Zinni currently holds positions on several boards of directors of major U.S. companies. He has also held academic positions that include the Stanley Chair in Ethics at the Virginia Military Institute, the Nimitz Chair at the University of [41] California- Berkeley, the Hofheimer Chair at the Joint Forces Staff College, and the Harriman Professor of Government appointment and membership on the board of the Reves Center for International Studies at the College of William and Mary. He has worked with the University of [42] Californias Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation and the Henry Dunant Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue in Geneva. He is also a Distinguished Advisor at the [43] Center For Strategic And International Studies and a member of the [44] Council On Foreign Relations.

In 2005, the fascist group that has seized power in America, the progressives, were attempting to draft this coprrupt global consultant for public office because he fits the progressive agenda (the untold one, destroy America to allow for their worldwide control.

Progressivism is nothing but the latest vehicle for the weathly families of the world to seize total monopolistic control of everything and anything that could possibly generate dollars for these fat, gate-protected families.  The progressives are trying to steal a page from Bush, using the last remaining instititution of respect in America, the military, to ramrod their central-controlled monopolies on the world.Bush used his retired generals to sell perpetual, never-ending war that will continue to send rich kids to Harvard, the Columbia School of Journalism, and the Wharton Business School.Progressives are expanding that military complex, under their usual protection, victim hood.  This time, they have made the entire planet a victim that needs worldwide control and planning to protect it from evil humans that dare breathe CO2.For decades, the left has been the leader in exposing the military-industrial complex that has now infiltrated just about every major corporation, controls the aspirations of would-be future generals/ board directors.  Now that the left has figured out how to exploit this industry for their own corrupt ends, the leading voices of the left have gone strangely silent. To be sure, the true ideologues of the left are now decrying the perpetuation of this corrupt system by Obama, but the leaders of the progressives, Pelosi, Reid, Panetta, Obama, etc have not only embraced the corruption, they have taken it to new levels.America is now nothing more than the staging and training grounds of the new world regime that is attempting to rise from behind the board rooms to official world government control, with her generals paving the way for this takeover by teaching anti-american groups how to effectively use our military tactics against us.It is in the opinion of this writer that all retired generals should be outlawed from sitting on any corporate board anywhere in the world, least of all on defense contractor boards.  The merger of private interests with government offices has created a US military that serves corporations first and foremost.  There is no true military force in the world today that represents Americans, only international corporatism, under the progressive flag.To be sure, our rank and file men and women are the best military leaders in the world.  Americanism, the ideals of individual responsibility and freedom, is still producing great soldiers who have no real idea of the level of corruption amongst the Clinton appointed Generals, or those that came before them (just as corrupt, but not as clever). The use of military generals to push for the takeover of the world by a few big-brained royals through this climate change letter is the final piece of a now emerged portrait, the complete takeover of military leadership by international corporate entities that allow our generals, whom we paid to train and support, to use our tactics, our secrets against the people these weasels alleged to defend, the American people. If you meet a retired General, ask him or her what defense contractor, what personal army, what international entity they are currently whoring for.  I guarantee you that if they are an American retired general the chances are greater than 50% that they serve for at least one of these whores of Babylon.Rome fell from within, and so has America.  There is no America, only the remnant that will, one day, rise and reclaim our heritage from these progressive interlopers that place corporate expansion over the lives of the soldiers they led to their deaths in the name of profit and central control.I will not advise anyone to join the military unless, going in, they go with the thought of keeping watch on the growing corruption within a military that is being dismantled from the top down by these board advisee whores, the retired American General.Paul CollierAn American FreedomistAn American Freedomist
