In Pakistan there have been many cases of Christians being “framed” and sent to prison for a minimum of 25 years for things like touching the Koran without washing hands first, using a cell phone to send a “blasphemous” message, etc. These cases are beginning to worry Human Rights groups.

In Iraq there have been 8 (reported) Christian deaths in the last 10 days. In certain areas of the country this is normal.
These deaths have sparked protests among hundreds of Christians in Iraq, they accuse the goverment and security officers of inaction.

The iPhone has hundreds of applications but now it has Christian based apps! Churches are creating apps to stream their services right onto your phone!

Planned Parenthood has just bought an old bank and is turning into a “Supercenter” for late term abortions. The orginization is having a gala to riase the money needed- $25,000 for a table of 10 to $350 for individual seating. Christian Leaders and Pro-Life people are rallying to protest the opening of the clinic. Planned Parenthood refers to the Gala as a “Celebration”.

A 7th World Vision Employee has been killed by gunmen that attacked a World Vision office in Pakistan. World Vision said the attack was unprovoked and unexpected. 15 gunmen pulled up to the offices and opened fire
A small home church in Arizona has been banned from having services in the home. This ban includes fellowhip meetings, services, meetings, etc. The group has never been more than 10 people and there have never been more than 1 car parked outside so the people are not understanding why their church has been pinpointed.
America’s ties with Israel have never been so frayed and it seems that President Obama could be to blame for that. Christians, who are Israel’s most loyal supporters, are rallying and calling out the Obama Administration for its treatment of a country that has beena great and loyal ally for a long time.
Rafraf Barrack, an Iraqi girl, has been kidnapped, stored for 4 months in a sweltering storeroom, shot at and has also been in a school bombing all for not conforming to the ideals of a “normal” Iraqi young woman.

Christians in Southern Laos are being threatened with having their homes burned to the ground if they do not vacate the region. Bounna has declared that he will not have any Christians living in any of the areas he is head of. He has given all Christians another 24 hours to vacate or they will find their houses burned down.
